Pharmacy department was established under Rehoboth medical college in 1998E.C. The department is providing training by two program, namely Degree and TVET with goal of producing pharmacy professionals to handle the country’s pharmaceutical care of service.

Department of pharmacy aspire to be center of excellence in pharmaceutical education, research and practice among private higher education institution in Ethiopia. Pharmacy department is committed to provide training in professional programs encompassing general, scientific and clinical- oriented education that prepares graduates to deliver effective and efficient pharmaceutical care, provide training to enable student to acquire extensive knowledge in the pharmaceutical science and equip them with skills in scientific research and working to develop in graduates a sense of ethical responsibility, professionalism and commitment to life- long learning.

Pharmacy department has future plan to work in close collaboration with Rehoboth General Hospital to manage and improve pharmaceutical service and care, motivate a staff to carry out research through the establishment of strong experimental animals center and strive to open graduate program.
