The Medical Laboratory Sciences Program of the Department of Laboratory Sciences in the Rehoboth Harme College is dedicated to providing students with appropriate education necessary for the development entry-level competencies in all domains of the routine clinical laboratory. Graduates of the Medical Laboratory Sciences Program will be prepared to sit for entry-level national certification examinations in the discipline and will be prepared to practice as ethical and competent professionals.

In keeping with the mission of the College , the Medical Laboratory Sciences Program will also be actively involved in scholarly activities and professional service, including the development and delivery of continuing education to appropriate clinical laboratory professionals.

The Medical Laboratory Science program offers full-time follow-up for 48 months (4 years). Following completion of the full-time MLS course, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences is awarded. The maximum number of credits which may be taken within the framework of this programme is 289 EtCTS.

Graduates can apply to take accreditation exams issued by national bodies and to obtain licensure in some states. The granting of the B.S. graduation is not conditional on the student's performance on any type of external certification or license examination. Admission to the program is competitive and based on academic success and the break point which is the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The Medical Laboratory Sciences program works with six hospitals and more than Five Health Center institutions to provide clinical skill opportunities for our students.
